By using the app or website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You may use the app for personal, lawful, and respectful purposes.

You retain full ownership of any content you enter into the app, including journal entries, reflections, goals, and chat logs. We do not access, share, or view your content unless explicitly stated in our Privacy Policy or required for support or legal purposes.

While using Mental Edge, you agree not to:

• Upload or submit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the app
• Use the app in a way that disrupts other users
• Infringe on anyone else's rights

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Paid features are available via subscription and handled through Stripe. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.

If you subscribe to email updates or motivational nudges, we’ll only use your email for that purpose. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Mental Edge is designed to support your mental performance through structured self-reflection and AI-assisted journaling. It is not a replacement for therapy, counseling, crisis services, or mental health treatment.

We cannot guarantee the app will always be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Use is at your own discretion and risk. We recommend backing up any important notes or insights externally if needed.

The AI Coach is not a therapist or licensed professional. If you are experiencing emotional distress, mental health challenges, or a crisis, we urge you to contact a qualified mental health provider. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you via the app or email. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.
